Returns & Cancellations

We hope you'll love your order, but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You do not need to give us a reason. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To arrange a return, please email hello@thecleverbagcompany.co.uk before sending your item back. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Items should be returned in their original condition with any tags and packaging where possible. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from the refund if its value has been reduced through unnecessary handling.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at hello@thecleverbagcompany.co.uk with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

We'll work with you to put things right and arrange a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will not be responsible for reasonable return costs.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
