Delivery
FREE UK delivery on every order. The price you see is the price you pay. No delivery charge is added at checkout.
We are a UK business based in Herefordshire and we work with a carefully selected group of brands and suppliers. Many items are dispatched directly from the brand’s own warehouse, so estimated delivery times vary slightly by product:
• Most of our range (Kono, Miss Lulu, Troop London, packing cubes, pushchair organisers, wash bags, changing bags and work bags, all UK stock): 3–5 working days
• Bange travel and laptop bags: 7–12 days
• Albyce leather handbags (made to order): 7–14 days
The estimated delivery time for each item is also shown in the Delivery section of its product page, so you know what to expect before you order. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Items from different brands are dispatched separately, even when ordered at the same time. Delivery is still free however many parcels your order arrives in.
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
